Fees and charges associated with a Section 184 Certificate are that of statutory costs under Schedule 4 of the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 as follows;
 

Initial Section 184 Request:

 

$119.90 per request and an additional $59.40 for a further certificate for a lot comprising a garage, parking space or storeroom that services the lot the subject of the first certificate. 

 

Section 184 Updates;

 

$103.40 and an additional $51.70 for a further certificate for a lot comprising a garage, parking space or storeroom that services the lot the subject of the first certificate.
